We use this in everything from baking to morning coffee. I find that I can slightly reduce the amount used in baking, or use it 1-to-1, as directed. We've even made an excellent caramel sauce with it that had only a hint of that sugar substitute background flavor to it, unlike every other sub I've tried that just tasted chemical-y. Brilliant product.

It seams to be good , I g ed only read on I bought it was that “Now” brand monk fruit sweetener was out of stock and still is ( more then 4 months). This one is good but nothing in comparison to the “Now” brand I find it not as sweet

I really liked this monk fruit sugar alternative 0 calories. It tastes like sugar and it doesn’t have after taste. The size is ok although it is quite expensive for around 450g if I am not mistaken. The quality and benefits is amazing. I am going to be buying it and I recommend.
