I like these better than the ones I used to take. They are only one capsule instead of two. Although, if you accidentally bite down and open one you do get the fishy taste, but it goes away after you drink a glass of water. I was advised by my doctor to take a large amount of DHA and this was what I found that met my needs. I would recommend them if you want a great DHA.

It does have an unpleasant fish odor that is stronger than any other brands I’ve tried. The lemon component might not be very gut friendly as it makes me nauseous? However the quality outweighs the negatives.
