Began to take this product a month ago, i.e. in middle November, and now I feel this is one of the best multivitamins I have been trying. It helps me to keep quite the same daily activity level now in Winter like I had later in Summer, judging per my records (kCal, weight, steps, etc.). Going to order more to go on through the whole Winter. Strognly recommend!
My husband didn’t really care for these. They made him burp vitamin taste later after taking. You are supposed to take 2 capsules daily, but at the end he would only take one a day until they were gone.
My husband takes just one a day with BioSchwartz B complex. Together gives him enough energy for work. I will definitely buy it for him again.

This product has a lower price point for its size but lacks potency, didn't find to be effective with regards to assist with energy levels, I have taken other multivitamins that we're age appropriate and found them to be more effective than this one, how er may be good for those lacking a deficiency in a certain nutrient.
