Activated Quercetin™, 200 Capsules

This works really fast to relieve both chronic and acute allergy symptoms, from watery eyes to runny nose, sneezing and head pressure etc. I have tried many other quercetin supplements but always come back to Source Naturals as other don't work as effectively (and Dr's Best did not work at all for me). Like they say: I've tried the rest and always come back to the best. Works as well as the tablets though my body took a while to get used to the caps from tablet form.

I'm in love with quercetin as it helps regulate my immune system. (I have sub-cutaneous lupus and probably MCAS, which mean my skin can get very itchy and irritable and break out in sores. I do take other medicine as well, but am convinced the quercetin is playing a part in the regulation.) I am not sure why they call this one "activated" - presumably because they have included bromelain which helps with absorption - funny marketing though. Initally I made the mistake of not taking enough. Then I found a study that got a strong effect with MCAS using a dose that amounts to close to 2gm for my 60kg body weight, so now I take 1760mg a day, and this is the sweet spot for me. I just get whichever brand is on special.

i take this supplement cause i suffering from eczema on my hands and sometimes it spread so this formula helps to reduce inflammation histamine rather than taking cortisone and chemical medicine. much much benefit with quercetin i like this brand cause it high quality! clean ingredients good packaging. highly recommended
