My doctor (MD!) recommended this. I have trouble with fibromyalgia and joint pains. With just the one capsule a day, I'm down to taking just an occasional aspirin or acetaminophen, maybe a couple of times a month, from daily use.
Dosage is just right for me. While black pepper is known to help with absorption, too much pepper can upset the stomach. I'm glad this product doesn't contain pepper so I can add my own based on my personal preference.

It keeps my arthritis pain at bay and lessons the stiffness in my fingers with taking only one a day. I want to take the required amount, but I only have one kidney and I’m not sure if it would be a problem with that. Research I’ve done isn’t real clear about that and of course my doctor has no clue when it comes to natural products. I’m waiting for my next blood test to see how my kidney is doing.
