This is a wonderful quality vegan source of omega 3. I’m on my 4th bottle. I’ve been a vegan for 45+ years and have tried many omega 3 products. Doesn’t taste great (but then, none of them do) but I mix it with my fruity B12 spray and it’s palatable. Save some fishies—use this instead! It helps relieve my dry eyes and feed my aging brain. 😊
My child actually isn't very bothered by the flavor/scent but I would not be able to get past it. I try to prevent it from getting on any textiles too because it's hard to wash the scent out. It's still helpful for giving to my kiddo, so for that I find value in it.
I tried this omega supplement for the first time today. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. It is very mild and not sweet. I’m very happy with this item.

I liked this omega supplement—it's hard to know if fish oil supplements have gone rancid, but this is vegan, so no need to worry about that. The flavor is OK, not as bad as some! The hardest part for me was remembering to take it because it has to be stored in the fridge, so I ended up switching to encapsulated omegas, but that may not be an issue for you.
Not too pondy, and a little tropical spin. I ha the bioavailability is very good in Wiley’s products. This is what the herbalist at the health food store shared with me. With no fish in the ingredient lis, it seems to make my hair shine. I have less inflammation now.
