I take this with or without D3. On the day I take D3 then this K2 is a must and paired them together. I am on it 4 days in a row and then back off for two weeks and then on again. Reason I cycle this is because of the blood thinning effect which I notice when I prick my finger to check my blood glucose, and my blood flows very well like water if I take K2 on the days I do this glucose checks. So I adjust as needed. Good supplement to take and keep blood vessel healthy, bone strong and think the blood to allow it to flow nicely through capillaries and narrow veins to deliver nutrients to organs throughout the body.
