First, its vegan and secondly it's great they come in different IU. So each to their own need. In that case one does not need to take too many tablets or get an overdose of vit D.

I’m anaphylactic to wheat and wheat byproducts, fish, nuts, chickpeas, soy and all soy byproducts, lentils, legumes and avocado. Just a short list, but most of the above are either a binding agent (chickpea) for tablets, containing agent for gel caps (soy and or wheat), or sweetener in liquid suspensions (wheat sugars). This particular brand I’m able to take without reaction short of spending $100s at a compounding chemist to get the same. Thank you Natural Factors for your product.
I'm in Canada and it's winter. I have had blood tests indicate that I am low on D, even though I was supplementing with 1000 IU previously. So now I have increased to 2000 IU, as well as trying to take it along with food that has fat in it, which is something I wasn't paying much attention to before. As for this particular brand? Seems fine. It comes in a capsule.
Happy that there are vegan options for vitamin D. I use this dosage to be able to take higher doses (per my doctors recommendation for low levels) by taking multiple ones of these and adding in a separate vitamin K2 tablet (always take with vitamin K2). Can go down to maintenance doses once my deficiency is fixed a bit.
Pretty natural option for D3 to get good analyses and feel active. A lot of pills inside for long taking, I didn’t use big doses since I presser to be on the sun. Don’t contain many useless ingredients
Vitamin D is so important, especially living in Canada. It helps immunity and mood! So I trust Natural Factors for this essential nutrient. Small capsule, easy to swallow, what's not to love?
Good option for d3 if you’re sensitive to lanolin and you don’t want to megadose
I have been taking these without any issues. Time will tell if they maintain my D3 levels.
Good option for D3. I had to find a new option since another one wasn’t available in UAE anymore. This one has don’t have very bad ingredients, has good package. Didn’t feel any taste since you need to swallow it. So I decided to order it again. Hope expiration date will be good in new pack too.
Nice option for a lower dose D3. Vegan, sourced from lichen. Wish there were fewer additives in the capsules.
