This is a good quality supplement that I felt had a beneficial effect on my immune system and my vitamin D deficiency. The package is a nice dark glass jar and the pills were relatively small in size. There was no taste or smell so it was easy to take them.

The quality of this company blows my mind. An average woman in her late 30’s, I need about 5,000 iu of vitamin d a day so it’s the perfect dosage. It is a great supplement to keep bones healthy and most people have a deficiency. Comes in a brown glass bottle, so nice packaging, and the capsules are much smaller than the usual supplement, so that is nice! Highly absorbable and no taste. A great product for a reasonable price!
