Been trying the offerings from Wild Planet and so far not disappointed at all. I prefer the wild tuna in olive oil packaged in a glass jar than cans in brine. The taste is more rich and packed with flavor. This is probably as good as tuna gets unless it's totally fresh. Wild tuna in olive oil tastes excellent in salads, pastas and beyond.
