This is the first time I purchase it. It tastes mild and light. The chunks are packed tightly and very firm. I use it for making Tuna Sandwiches.
I don’t eat tuna often but this was wonderful. Being in spring water didn’t give it a “tuna smell”. There was a fair amount of tuna in the can. I made a tuna melt with this and it was delicious! I’m adding this to my continuous order.

Then mix with mayo, mustard, onion and still come out with about 1/3 the salt of regular canned tuna. Also like that it is sustainably caught and quickly processed. It is wonderful to have on hand for a quick salad or sandwich.
