Being both Gluten Free, and Dairy Free it’s difficult to travel. All of the Airlines will only allow you to chose one issue, not two. I always chose Gluten Free but I receive meals covered in cheese. Very frequently I receive no meals at all due to incompetency from the Airlines. This has been a lifesaver for me!

This is wonderful to have around. I especially like it during soup and casserole season. Tastes really good, and so convenient. It's great to use when you have a household of carnivores and vegetarians. You can make up a dish and the meat eaters can add some good chicken flavor to theirs.
Decent quality for a canned product. I need easy fast sources of protein and phosphorus, among other nutrients, and this fits the bill for that. I like to add dark mustard, sometimes dill pickles, and some olive oil to balance out any excess omega 6s in the chicken breast. It also helps combat the dryness that’s to be expected from boneless skinless chicken breast that was cooked as a single ingredient
Never tried canned chicken before - this was really great with a bit of mayo, some grapes, a few nuts and what a sandwhich. It was also great just with a bit of mayo. Have purchaed several more cans to have on stock for those quick meals
the description sounds better than the product, but add mayo, chopped celery ond sweet onion and is a convenient salad with good prtein. add to some good crackers for a bit of salt and nore flavors, nice texture. good for travel or take to work (use a can opener), nice sized serving.
I keep several cans of this particular chicken on hand along with my canned fish products. Mostly, I've added this chicken to a noodle and vegetable quick dish and sometimes eat it alone with some mayonnaise and black pepper. I've been meaning to try it as a pate as a sandwich spread, maybe using green onion, mayo, black olives or something like that. Very handy and nice addition to my stash of quick bites to eat.
