I like the composition of vitamins in it. Vitamin b12 is also in better methylcobalamin form. (Not cyanocobalamin as many other supplements.) The amount of other vitamins in this supplement is also good. One of the best.

Multivitamins with quality brand name ingredients and 5-MTHF folate. High potency and to be taken daily which is convenient. Note that this version has iodine, but if you're looking for an iodine-free version (due to thyroid issues etc.), look for the Complete 1-Daily Multi. Overall, Emerald Lab seems to be a good brand so I'm getting more products from them.
