After taking "Garden of Life myKind" organic multivitamins for YEARS they sold out and became Monsanto/Bayer-owned (look it up!). My search for its replacement didn't yield a lot of results, as a matter of a fact I don't know if there are any other organic, whole-food, multivitamins besides these 2 companies. myKind you'll find everywhere, Source of Life Garden ORGANIC... good luck, as they are still independently-owned, have higher daily amounts of nutrients side-by-side vs Garden of Life, and are significantly higher priced. Please don't stop carrying there iHerb!

I didn’t think I was seeing any results until I stopped taking them. My aches and pains and joints popping returned, my mood wasn’t good I felt depressed, I didn’t sleep well and my hair started shedding. When I take them my skin looks younger as well which is a huge plus, and I don’t get any hives which most vitamins cause it seeing I’m allergic to wool and most vitamin d3 is derived from sheep’s wool aka lanolin. These vitamins are vegan and are worth their weight in gold. The only vitamin I have found that is actually effective, and I have spent money on over 50 brands.

As this product states it has high quality organic ingredients, without any bulk or filler like magnesium stearate, I decided to give it a go. So far so good, though early days. One star lost because I did not realise until I received it that it contains Tapioca dextrose and tapioca maltodextrin. I generally try to avoid dextose and maltodextrin in my foods and supplements due to their effects on blood glucose/insulin, however from my research this type of maltodextrin & dextrose is different to the corn-derived maltodextrin. Size of capsules is good, especially considering that you are getting over the daily amounts with just 1, rather than having to take 4 - great potency! And it's great to know the ingredients are from food rather than synthesised.

The tablet is very similar in size and shape to the women's version but with different ingredients tailored for men.

I bought this for my husband when his regular brand was out of stock. It worked rather well for him and so we switched to this.
