This is an amazing product. It krams an unbelievable variety into one small capsule. Following latest research, the manufacturers included the higher quality enzymated vitamins (which I need). It is very cost effective, considering that it replaces several bottles I had to take previously.

This blend is so perfect for me and so hard to find. I have unusually high iron and can't take any supplements with it. I also look for methylated folate that isn't from folic acid--super hard to find a multi without that in it! And I love that it has a superfood blend. Perfect for my perimenopausal reality!
