I have very high prolactin levels and struggled with physical symptoms like sensitive and swollen breasts. I chose this product and started taking one capsule on an empty stomach every morning, continuously without breaks. After a couple of weeks, I noticed real improvement — my symptoms reduced noticeably. I’m now on my second bottle, and it still works well. It feels potent and good quality. I haven’t checked my prolactin levels yet, but based on how I feel, it might be time to add some breaks, as it seems quite strong by now. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this product.

I used to take 1000mg of chasteberry from another brand. But when I learned about Oregon’s Wild Harvest, I decided to give it a try even though it only provides 440mg per serving. It’s a cheaper alternative to Gaia Herbs but not only it is non-GMO but it is certified organic! I take it due to high prolactin and other PMS such as migraines, depression, back ache, and acne. Chasteberry really works for me. But as of this brand, I’ll see how it works.

i use this in combination with organic DIM & it’s made coming off birth control seamless!!! it was through extensive research i found this magical combination. i suffered from terrible hormonal acne leading me to birth control for over half my life. i was so nervous to get off of it but after finishing my last pack i started taking 1 of these with DIM at lunch & then another dim at night with dinner. magic!!! i also have endometriosis & i haven’t had any severe pain which is incredible. the bleeding sucks but i got flow stopper from here & that helps!!
