Interesting supplement. Combined with L-Theanine and coffee it greatly affects my ADHD symptoms in a positive way. It quiets the noise down and helps with my focus. However the side effect of this is that I forget to eat and drink. If I don't actively focus on anything I get very sleepy and can enjoy a rejuvenating nap without feeling restless. People with ADHD or sleep issues might find this supplement very useful. It's also a very good anti-oxidant for eye health.

One of the best herbs I think around when you get the right quality and form and you have the ability to absorb (gut issues with wht I absorb) but I started got just under two weeks in but I think I needed a whole month.. didn’t mean to stop but didn’t have access for a few days. So will restart again. Alongside vitex I’ve heard works well for women and PMDD.

This is a safe dose to start off. It’s a great mood booster. I have been taking it for about 10-15 days now and it has really made a difference. I take 1 capsule per day. I’m loving the benefits I am experiencing. Will continue to buy it off here.
