Magnesium glycinate is easily absorbed, helps with stress, improves sleep and the nervous system. Pleasant taste, easy to drink. The son, seeing the jar, asks for more. The recommended serving for a two-year-old son is half a cup of 150-200 ml of water. We've already drunk the jar, we'll order more. since my son needs to drink additional vitamins and probiotics, and some of them are very unpleasant to the taste, I started to cheat. My life hack: I mix magnesium with vitamins and probiotics, which makes it easier for my son, who still can't swallow pills, to consume them. I have noticed an improvement in my sleep and muscle health. I have not noticed any joint changes especially in my knees. Magnesium supplements I have had in the past have been sketchy.
