Magnesium Glycinate, 120 mg, 90 Vegan Capsules

I like there's no fillers in this and the price seems quite reasonable for 180 capsules of 120mg elemental magnesium each. Still need to test it for a few more days to see if it's as effective as the brand I was using.

I did not feel it working,total waste of money. I had to order from another brand and now feel it working. Do not bother with this one and just go for another brand!

After learning that Pure Encapsulations had sold out to Nestle and fearing that their quality would start to decline because of this, I started looking for a new brand of magnesium glycinate. I found Dr. Murray's and was impressed with the quality of the ingredients and I'm even more impressed with the effectiveness after using it for a little over a week. I'm falling asleep faster, sleeping more often through the night, experiencing fewer leg cramps, and feeling much more refreshed when I wake up each morning. Highly recommend!

I am having insomnia for 20 years, tried everything but didn't help much. my friend recently introduced me Magnesium and so, I give it a try. this bottle has the cleanest ingredient I could find in i herbs, I've been taking it on and off for 2 weeks, I think it helps a bit but don't expect like magic.

This is a really good dose of a high quality magnesium glycinate

I bought this because it is supposedly 100% glycinate form. Didn't bother my stomach. But it ran out before the numbers say it should have, so either someone broke in and stole my vitamins or it did not contain 90 capsules.

Highly recommend this magnesium. The ingredient quality is great, capsules are easy to swallow, and the size of the bottle is very economical. It really helps me feel more relaxed and improves my sleep.
