I've had pumpkin seed butter before, but it always had sugar. tons of it. I'm glad this is free of sugar. it's more flexible to add to my oats and other meals.
This pumpkin paste does not contain added sugar, oils or chemicals. It is 100% natural, creamy, very tasty and smooth. It tastes divine. It is also very concentrated, therefore you cannot consume very large quantities. The jar is not very big therefore the price is a bit high, but the quality and the fact that it is a natural and clean product compensates for the balance. I will definitely order again very soon.
If you haven’t caught up, it’s all about pumpkin seeds! So healthy! Good quality and safe ingredients on this brand. A generous modest size will last. It’s delicious too!
It's a good product, but a bit runny for my taste... I used it for baking, so this drawback wasn't critical.

Excellent quality and clean composition – it has only one ingredient: raw organic sprouted pumpkin seed butter, stone ground. The taste is better than other brands I’ve tried, and I prefer not to use it for cooking in order to preserve its beneficial properties. It’s not cheap, but the generous package size makes it worth it. A great addition to any diet, and highly recommended.
This is the only pumpkin seed butter I have found that has no added sugar. Even at health food stores, their brand has added sugar. It is also smooth and organic. You can use it to make a nut free arugula pesto, add to smoothies (especially green smoothies), add to yogurt, or make protein bars (instead of something like peanut butter or sunflower seed butter.) It does have a stronger flavor profile than peanut butter or sunflower seed butter, so just taste it before going wild with it.
