I love homeopathy and have studied it extensively. These are great for hot flashes, feeling blah due to hormones. Can help somewhat with bleeding and pain in lower back. Might need to do DIM and calcium d glucarate if too much estrogen is in the body.

Nice natural stuff to help with menopause issues. I believe it works better with very light symptoms, for the heavy ones better to take something stronger. Nice sweet taste of tablets.

Quality seems good, but unfortunately I'm guilty, because I didn't take them with any consistency. So results were good at the beginning, but after...I always forgot to take them, just because I also take a lot of supliments and medication.
