HistaminX, 60 Capsules

I really like this brand and the research behind its products, but to be honest during a flareup these didn't really feel like they made a difference for me personally. Not anywhere near as much as taking DAO from Seeking Health did. If I had to choose between the two options I would definitely choose DAO

Really working product with good ingredients. I suffer asthma and it helps occasionally to lower my histamine levels without using anti histamines

This works for me when I have a headache from what I think is from histamine. Goes right away. The quality is good and the ingredients safe as well as the size of the dosage. Will buy again.

Used this product consistently for allergies this year and it helped a lot. Started and ended the day with two capsules, and any time I started to feel like my nose was starting to tickle, I took a couple of capsules. Usually ended up taking 4-8 capsules a day, two at a time.

I use this as part of my gut healing regime. I like the quality and ingredients in this product and find it benefits my histamine issues, I take it before meals with seeking health DAO product. Capsules are easy to swallow and taste fine, I will probably buy more of these products to maintain

I have chronic urticaria. I also have MCAS and I’m trying to supplement to see if it carries any extra benefits for myself, I already take high doses of Quercetin so I’m excited to experience even more improvement with this new supplement.

Purchased as I have found the Probiota Histaminx really useful. This hasnt been so much of a game changer. Possibly because I was using most of the ingredients already.

Histamix has been very effective – my rhinitis has almost disappeared. I’m still on my first tube and already seeing the results I was hoping for

It helps me, usually I don't like combined stuff as it's hard to manage doses/side effects from what, but that one i really like as doses and ingredients for histamine control
