I definitely notice the difference in my energy and well-being taking these. My mind feels less groggy and I was much more focused and less anxious. I’d compare it to the perky feeling of a sugar/caffeine rush without the come down. These mushrooms are a great immune booster too and extracts not powders! Powered with Ashwagandha; known for stress relief and relaxation effects. I will add that for the first week or so you may notice some “bathroom changes” but it gets “regular” once your body gets used to taking it consistently. If that makes an apprehensive buy just try taking 1-2 pills instead of 3. Definitely worth a try and rebuy in my opinion.

With supplements like this it’s really hard to tell if they are working. I have been taking it for about three weeks and didn’t notice much difference. Then I took a break for about a month and then started taking again and it seems like it is helping me stay calmer and sleep better. But again, it’s extremely hard to say if it’s the supplement’s effect or not

That said, for the price (especially without a discount), I was expecting a bit more. It’s probably best for people who already eat clean and want a small edge, rather than someone expecting a noticeable daily boost. I’ll finish the bottle but still debating if I’ll repurchase.
