I'm a very sensitive so I feel side effects rather quickly. First day 2nd capsule I felt heat running to my chest, 2nd day 2nd capsule I felt muscle pain on my left shoulder. I will stop taking this until I get to talk to my Dr... I hope the ingredients is really as it stated.

I’m not sure this is actually working to lower my cholesterol. I tested after a month of taking this twice a day and noticed no change. To be clear, my cholesterol levels are purely genetic as I’m an athlete and plant based eater. My diet is very low in saturated fat. Not sure if this makes a difference though. Regardless, I’m not sold yet but will give it more time and retest.
