I've been taking NOW Foods Elderberry Capsules for quite some time, and I can't imagine my daily routine without them. These capsules have truly worked wonders for my immune system. Paired with Vitamin D, they have kept me in excellent shape, protecting me from contracting not only Covid-19 (I spend a lot of time in busy public places) but also common colds for the past couple of years. I read that Elderberry was good for boosting the immune system. This Now brand product comes in an easy to swallow capsule at an affordable price. I take other immune boosters too, such as Quercetin, Vit C and Vit D. I have not had a cold or flu for 15 months.

Comes with good benefits and usually take when starting to have cough. Only took one and managed to see the effect where my cough seems better

I don't like elderberry syrups that have a lot of sugar in them and have found these to take instead to give us a boost for the winter. Helps us stay well and fight germs.
