I’ve been giving this one to my 3 year old daughter (only 1 per day) as she doesn’t eat a lot of meat and this supplement has iron and zinc in it. My daughter loves the taste. In addition, it doesn’t have any sugar, only xylitol which is good for your teeth (however, it does taste sweet).
I was previously giving my 4yo Smarty Pants gummy vitamins, but was getting more and more concerned about the sugar content. I heard Dr. Rhonda Patrick recommend these vitamins as a sugar free option. So I decided to risk a tantrum and switch. He loves them! I feel so much better about the ingredients in these vitamins and of course they aren’t coated with sugar! I will be making a subscription order!

Great supplement for kids aged 4+. My child loved the taste and takes them easily every day. I like that they’re sugar free, and it’s a simple way to add vitamins to our routine. The package also lasts a good while and the size of the gummies is not too big.
I am glad that they made this in 0 sugar format, original ones are great but at 4 gummies per day serving size that was way too much sugar. The taste is tangy tangerine which one kid likes and the other does not. Package is huge, so they last a while.
