This kind of magnesium oxide isn’t the best form Of magnesium, BUT it works! The price is so low, so I picked it. The caps are regular easy to swallow. The benefit from magnesium is really hard to overprice. I feel really bad and nervous two weeks after I stop using it. I know that it’s difficult to overdose it because it’s always underestimated and super fast consumed. Also I don’t feel either muscle pain after trainings. It stopped exactly the time I restarted taking magnesium.
