These pills actually work! I take each pill with 2 cups of water (16 oz) to help these pills do their job to make sure I’m flushing out my system. I used to get bacterial infections down there which would cause slight odor but these pills have actually stopped all that, and I have no odor now. I definitely recommend these pills, just make sure to drink lots of water with them!
I’m using this as an additive to cleanse out my urinary tract. D-mannose with hibiscus flower provides a a fast acting cleanse so you’ll feel better quickly. I was drinking cranberry juice at first to clean out my urinary tract now I added this supplement and it’s been working well.
Unfortunately, I have a strong history of UTI's(sometimes leading to serious kidney infections). I am always very adamant about taking horrible-tasting cranberry pills as soon as I feel one coming on. Since finding this product, I am so happy...No more bad taste, and these work just as good, if not better than the traditional cranberry pills. Changing my UTI regimen FOREVER!!!

I used to get urinary tract infections all the time. Ever since my doctor suggested adding D Mannose to my daily routine, the infections have drastically reduced. I have no other side effects except the "harmony" that must be happening in my system. :)

I purchased this for my Mum after extensive research to support her reoccurring UTI. The feedback she provided me for this review: it didn't cause her any digestive issues which she normally had and even though it didn't get rid of her symptoms completely (she needed to be put on a course of antibiotics) it helped give her reprieve while trying to get this under control.
