I came across this company 8 years ago when I became pregnant with my eldest daughter. I used their prenatal vitamins. The fact that their products are all natural, based with super foods, and have absolutely no after taste it was completely the perfect fit for me in my pregnancy. I went on to continue to use their vitamins after giving birth and they have not failed me. I did unfortunately at one point stopped taking them because I fell on hard times. If your budget doesn't allow for the complete organic vits, these are great option. They are not entirely food-based but pretty close. Make sure not to order too many bottles in advance because they do change over time because they are real food and they will change color if they are sitting for too long. We usually stock up for 3 months at a time.

This isnt the best but i would reach out for it if im shedding hair and not having a healthy diet, suits all the ages, the quality is really good, the ingredients are pure and good for the hair also the size of it is huge, i took them on the daily after eating food.
