I buy this for my husband since we both enjoy the taste and he needs the taste more than me. I love it but I am happy with hemp protein, which is much cheaper. If you like the taste and the goodies you will love this.
Smooth, filling, quality. Amazing flavour. I add it to my coffee and make a latte with it too. Really tough to find enough positive things to say. And doesn’t make me crash or feel synthetic like so many protein powders. I have a few medical conditions and this is spot on great - fills you well and somehow chills me out too.

This protein powder has great ingredients-very nutritious with mushroom extracts for immune support . My only complaint with Four Sigmatic protein powders is they are too sweet. Perhaps they should leave out the monk fruit.
I add this into my smoothie or yogurt every morning for additional protein. Love that it is plant based ingredients and has great benefits. Size and packaging is easy to use.
Tastes good, doesn't upset my stomach, has mushrooms and protein! I just shake it up with some oat milk and a few ice cubes.
I really like this! The taste is great and good to mix with just water or in a smoothie. When I’m feeling especially tired and had a bad night of sleep, I can tell the adaptagens are very soothing for the nervous system - and this is from someone who barely noticed anything w supplements generally. Good way to get extra protein in your day, pre or post workout. Really like it and have recommended it to others, who have also liked it.

The quality of this protein is excellent. I really like that the ingredients are plant-based. The taste of the peanut butter has become my favorite.
