I use it every morning to benefit from its detoxicant effect. It has no taste as far as I noticed, since I don't chew them just take a teaspoonful size and take it with water. Good quality seeds. The package has a ziplock, that helps to store it. I will buy it again.

It is real seeds and good quality are black and strong smell，even though it taste very strong when you chew

Not a lot of people in my (admittedly mostly white American) social circle know about nigella seeds, and they are all missing out. These have a delightful vaguely allium-y taste, almost like everything bagel seasoning, and I love using them as a topping in the same place I would use a sesame seed. This was the only gluten-free labeled package of nigella I could find, so I appreciated that.
