I can't express how much I love the taste of this product! I don't even dissolve it in water, I eat it directly in the indicated dose and it is uniquely delicious. Personally, it helps me a lot, besides I like the taste and aroma. I'm thinking of even ordering it regularly because it makes me feel so good. I personally take it on an empty stomach, late in the evening, since at least 4 hours have passed since a light meal.It is in a dark glass jar.

It made me really gassy even though I was on probiotics for the last couple of months… not sure why this particular product had such side effects. It also gave my boyfriend diarrhea and 5 bowel movements a day lol Pros: good value for money. Small portion / scoop size makes it easier to dissolve in liquids. I think it’s helping me achieve better gut health? I haven’t had any stomach or digestion issues so that’s good.

Naked whey, pure quality. it gives the same texture and dissolves the same way, but without the extra ingredients. perfect for salty recipes. Taste is whey, don't expect tasting beef! Wish they had smaller size packaging, tho.
