've been using this for a few weeks and have been happy with it so far. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that the formula is vegetarian and doesn't require refrigeration during normal use. The bottle lasts a good while, and the ingredient list looks thoughtfully put together. I'll definitely continue using it and see how it works over the longer term.

I did not experience any noticeable effects. I will not be buying again.

This blood type probiotic is mainly composed of Akkermansia. If the test is missing this, supplement with a sample and see the results. If it can be cultured, continue.

Cant say anything about the quality of the ingredients as did not feel any benefit after using for 4 months.
