I have wavy to curly hair, and like most people who have curly hair, I spend a LOT of time and money, trying different products. I don't like to have crunchy hair, but it's hard to get my curls to pop otherwise. This product is a great in~between solution. I get good waves with a very small amount and very little effort, or I can add more product, let it form a cast, and have beautiful (fairly soft) curls after using a diffuser. I'll definitely be buying it again and again.
I love it!! My hair needed some protein in it and after using the lotion my hair is feels sooo moisturized and defined! The bottle is pretty big tbh you don’t really need lots of the product. The scent is really good i would say it’s citrusy? Also the consistency is light
If I were to sum up: very good product for the price. Especially if you have wavy to curly hair (say types 2B-4A) and you’re looking for a solid drug-store styling cream that delivers definition + softness without making your curls crunchy. If you have very tight coils (4B/4C) or live in extremely humid environments, you may still need to supplement with a stronger gel, or keep expectations realistic regarding hold. In the context of the collection, if you combine the Curl Envy Cream with the matching shampoo, conditioner, gel etc (within the Marc Anthony Strictly Curls line), you get a coherent “wash-and-go” system which some users like for consistency.
i love it i use it every time i do my curly routine but i do think you need to use a cream before this bc it has a gel like texture so idk if it moisturizes as much as a cream but overall i loved it
