This is a wonderful gut healing product. I am using it in conjunction with mastic gum, black seed oil, and saccharomyces boulardii probiotic to support my healing from long-term leaky gut, H pylori infection, and associated autoimmune symproms. I take half a scoop at night before bed and another half in the a.m. 30 minutes before breakfast. It's very soothing to my stomach and gut, probably due to the DGL and aloe! They also make many flavors of this powder.. the berry is my favorite so far. Only complaint is that it tastes a bit TOO sweet for me, but that's not a big problem. :)

I’ve been taking these on and off for a while and it seems my trapped gas is becoming less severe whenever it visits. I’ve gotten several different flavors and so far enjoy the lightly sweet watermelon and the berry over the mint. I’ve yet to try the other flavors, so I’m looking forward to sampling the tastes. But the sizes are large so it takes about 1-2 months to go through a container. Many thanks for the generous dosage and quality ingredients!

My gut is so much better now. Love the taste! I highly recommend. Quality is really good! The size for me is a not a lot for the price. For the dosage I did take it everyday before breakfast for the first 2 weeks, now I take it every other day.

One of my favorite health supplements. I have been using for half a year and I am satisfied with the results. The blend of gut-supporting ingredients feels helpful for digestion and overall gastrointestinal comfort. The powder mixes well, I use it in the morning before breakfast. If to choose the flavor, I would say that berry one tastes better for me than honey and lemon. Overall, I will keep on using it and can highly recommend.

Dr said i had gastritis. i was constantly feeling bloated and having breathlessness. couldnt figure out what triggered. But chanced upon this item and after reading its review, give it a try. probably the best thing ive bought for my issue. within a week i feel very much less bloated and feeling much2 better. i could eat a proper full meal without the tightness. really recommend to anyone to try. may it be beneficial for u all as well.

I’ve noticed my digestion feels a little smoother — fewer bloated days and less of that “heavy after eating” feeling. My tummy feels a bit calmer overall; I’m more consistent in digestion (less “up and down”).

Great taste. sweet but no sugar, it helps my taste buds a lot. almost finished one bottle, there were an improvement of my gut but not seeing a dramactic healing as other commenter says. bUt it helps, maybe i need to continue a much longer time to see the dramatic change
