I tried this zinc but I stopped because the capsules had weird black dots and a yellowish color and a very weird smell I asked if it's normal or not but most answers told me it should have no smell or color so I stopped it I might get another fork of zinc

Optizinc is possibly the best zinc form you can take, it has great absorption. The only thing that you should be careful about is the amount of b6 is provides, it is too high for daily take.
