The taste lets me know it works, it has that pungent taste. This is typical in the natural supplement area. The worst it taste the more effective, LOL. I was beginning to feel a sore throat develop, used this throughout the day by night it was gone!
easy to take, sour taste but not too bad. the vit c triggers my gerd a bit but this supp is tolerable compared to another zinc supp I tried, plus the version of zinc - gluconate is better absorbed.

Zinc has been proved to help agains respitory infections. Its both direct anti viral, anti bacterial and anti oxidant. Having the ability to spray/mist it in directly in the mouth makes the zinc act directly where its needed the most

This is a good one! I use this for my kid when he shows the very first symptoms of getting sick/cold and makes it easier to absorb cold. Easy to give it to him and he loves the fruity flavor.
