Manufacturer does not give any proof this Riboflavin works sublingually. But at least after swallowing this works. Has been used for prophylaxis of migraine headache to decrease the frequency and duration of attacks.

I bought this because I don't like swallowing pills. It is the only chewable riboflavin available. Hopefully this form is so bioavailable that we only need the 25mgs in this lozenge. I've been taking 3 a day for the past few days. The taste is bitter covered up with mint and a sweetener. I know a lot of people are complaining about the taste but riboflavin itself is very bitter so I don't think there's a way around that. I chew these because if I let it dissolve the taste doesn't leave my tongue for an hour. I also chew it on the side of my tongue to avoid it reaching the bitter receptors for as long as possible. Having said all that plus reading others comments about the taste, I really hope that this product never gets discontinued due to complaints or lack of people wanting to take it. Seeing as it's the only company making B2 Riboflavin chewables. Source Naturals always has high quality ingredients.

I needed a chewable B2, or riboflavin, and this isn't the full dose I need, but it's acceptable. A higher-dose version would be helpful. The taste isn't the best, but it's okay, considering I need riboflavin. It's very easy to chew. This is a high quality supplement brand, so I feel good about taking it.

This is great lozenges for active B2. I am not quite sure about the effect. If you have lots of deficiencies it is not easy to figure out in what order you have to apply for best effect.

I take this due to my MTHFR and slow COMT. it works very well for me. I love the size and that it doesn't have to be swallowed, clean ingredients and nothing unnecessary.

As a nurse working rotating shifts, I gave up on conventional routines years ago. Breakfast at 5 p.m. no longer seems unusual. This has adapted to my schedule without making consistency difficult, which immediately puts it ahead of several things I’ve tried before. Products built around flexibility make much more sense for people who don’t live nine-to-five lives.

I am not as much of a fan of the flavor of this one as the NAD but in my situation given my history the benefits of this product are too great to stop taking due to the less than ideal taste and as it is in the dose range I need I am willing to work past this issue as this is for helping nervous system function and my energy levels have improved since starting this lozenge. as I need pre broken down b vitamins including L Methylfolate this is just what is needed and I like that it is in chewable form which allows for use even if I am having trouble chewing and swallowing as I can crush this lozenge. I also like that the ingredients are clean and GMO free and major allergen free and I love the small bottles and packaging which makes staying on my regimen easy even during travel.

We didnt notice too much from this but its a good form, B2 is important if taking high dose B1

Nice low amount of vitamin b2. It’s the lowest I can find. Great brand.
