Great way for kids to take supplements but the ingredients were limited for the price paid & there are a few better options out there overall. Bought this as an extra support for my 4yo, taste is great, easy to take 2/day. The only reason for giving it 4* instead of 5 is because when you get near the bottom of the bottle, they tend to get stuck (like glued to the bottom) and need to takw it out with something. But my son was sad when he finished the bottle and realised we don’t have more.
