Wanted an enzyme with Betaine HCL and without maltodextrine. So glad to have found it! UPDATE: Unfortunately, this review only applied before Iherb (California Gold) took over the SimplyOne brand. It now contains maltodextrin AND dextrose. I'm rather disgusted with Iherb for claiming it is the "same great product" while changing the formula without any mention.

I take this before heavy meals or eating vegetable that usually cause upset stomach. Works a treat.

my first time trying a digestive enzymes. the package is good as well as the quality. I can't say more as I didnt feel a massive difference but mainly because I eat light . but i would definitely recommend for anyone over the age of 40 .
