This homeopathic product is useful to calm the mind. When we are overstimulated by events of the day, it is good to have something with non-drug ingredients that gives gentle relief. It has been helpful for me to take this when I'm having a hard time shutting down my mind at bedtime. I am happy to have found this product.
This stuff really works!!! sometimes when I have one of those night getting up 3am toss and turning, I take 5 of these pellets and it calms me down and put me back to sleep. It is sweet and kinda delicious lol I don't know how this works but it always seem to work for me on those nights.

The size of these pellets is very small and the dosage and taste are fine. I like to use homeopathic supplements when possible, as there is less concern with side effects. These sometimes help me fall asleep a little easier, but not every time. I don't care for the packaging - with those little twist tubes, the pellets often end up on the floor.
