It was so good to find a high does probiotic of a brand I trust. They seem to be high quality, and I’m glad to have a probiotic to help heal my gut. The packaging is in a blue glass bottle. So glad it is not a plastic bottle.

The capsules the product are packaged in are easy to open and add to my 'brew' and the resulting yoghurt is rich, thick, creamy and (I hope/ assume) teeming with healthy bugs for my microbiome. I'm sure these quality ingredient, good-sized, capsules are helping repair my gut as I'm suffering less constipation each day I consume the yoghurt I make with them. Another benefit appears to be that my absorption of other foods seems improved as the bloating I used to notice when digesting my meals has gone. The powder has no strong taste and is easy to blend in with the other ingredients I use to prepare my yoghurt. Highly recommend!
Glass jar feels top notch and also them being in a cardboard box. They are small, no smell, and easy to take. I was searching for a high CFU probiotic that didn’t break the bank and didn’t require refrigeration and I’m happy with this brand. Hoping that this helps clear my gut up after taking antibiotics long term.

Excellent pre and probiotics. I take it before bed for a relaxing affect. My gut biome was in a bit of a mess and this really helped me out. I’ve suffered with Candida overgrowth for around 20 years and have to be careful with what I eat/use and these tablets have not caused a flare up.

I like to mix up my probiotics semi-regularly, this one seems to fit the bill. I had ordered another from this brand (complete mood probiotic), and when that was out of stock figured I'd try another. They don't cause any issues and I can be pretty sensitive so that to me means it must be doing some good. Would get again.
