Pretty sure I've bought every flavour of this supplement they make, and they make a lot of them. It's obviously now a staple for my supplement regimen. I like the taste, I like the results, and it's very very hydrating. I notice that I'm not running to the bathroom when I have this, my body is holding onto the water better and I struggle to hydrate. I mostly drink it during my workout but I also use it to hydrate in between as well. I notice it fuels my workout longer, nice rounded amino profile. Thanks NutraBio for a gluten free, dairy free, carb free amino option! Grape berry crush is a very nice flavour, amongst my faves!

The flavour is good with this one. Though all the varieties I've tried had strong flavours, ie very sweet. So I always dilute it with more water when consuming it. Usually taken before exercise it feels like a boost compared to when not, though it could just be placebo. Good quality ingredients and flavour so I'd recommend.
