I am low in zinc and normally I’d get stomach upset with other brand. This one in particular works. Doesn’t give me stomach pain and nausea. But be careful though, it’s too high for daily use. So use it sparingly

I bought this brand just for the quality ingredients. The size is tiny and it’s 30 MG. I just wanted to get some extra zinc for my hair loss and immunity Hopefully it will work. It doesn’t have any taste and the packaging is nice too.. lets wait for the real effects
