Grass fed beef liver capsules the quality ingredients has a lot of great benefits in this product if low on iron the dosage is 3 cap serving .If you can tolerate the taste and smell it is really good for deficiency. It is very high in cholesterol so be aware. I take it because it helps you get levels back up fast and not harsh as iron.
The capsules do not smell the best but I held my breathe long enough to take them. There was no taste or after taste. I’m so glad I got past the smell because the benefits have been great. I’ve noticed my face seems to look slightly better. A bit more glowing and refreshed. I’ve also had less digestive issues. I’m looking forward to more steady energy boost, but I’ve only been on this for a short time. We will see. The capsules are a normal size to me. Easy to swallow it says take 3-6 a day but I’m only taking 3 currently so my results can increase. I do ask my doctor for recommended dosage.
I like eating liver but can't have it too often so these are great. The taste is not too bad and size is fine too, I have a small throat so I usually have trouble swallowing big pills but these are small enough. These are good quality ingredients with superb benefits. I have more energy and able to do a lot more things throughout the day
I tried several times to eat liver but I just can’t stand the taste, so glad I found this supplement and still can get the benefits without actually eating liver! I started slowly but now I take 6 capsules a day. It took about 3 weeks to start noticing the difference, and I love the results I am experiencing. Now I have more energy and my iron levels are much better. I love that it is grass fed and no fillers. I am very happy with my purchase.
Great product. The smell is intense though. I’ve never tried this before but it is clear that it has benefits for brain fog. My acne also healed after using this and I can eat sugar with out breaking out like crazy. I stopped using it and I can feel the brain fog and breakouts coming back. The size is medium not too big. I take 3 so the dosage is a lot.

Good for iron deficiency but be aware of vitamin A toxicity. The quality is top tier. The packaging is not the best, the cap doesn’t seal in tightly. The dose is very safe. Ingredients is amazing and clean. Im not sure if I noticed huge benefits but I only take it for ferritin deficiency and as a natural mutivitamin.
