ingredients do not list amounts but I found it very helpful, the size is easy to swallow the dose of 1 a day is nice as many require 5 or 6 a day so good dosage, definate benefits for a carnivore diet and no after taste

For an organ supplement, I think this one is a good starter option since it is a single pill. I have been taking this one for about a year now, and I like how I feel taking these. I try to take the pill quickly, but there isn't any strong or unpleasant flavor. It's a larger pill, but nothing too bad. I have suggested this brand to a number of people, and I'm really pleased with it.

I purchased these capsules in hopes it would help keep my energy levels up and feel better during my heavy periods. I will be starting my third month in June and I am really happy with the results the quality of the ingredients speak for themselves. The pill has no after taste which is a plus, I thought the size would cause issue but personally it doesn’t bother me.
