The smell of this spray is so good. It has a touch of sweetness from the honey. Unlike regular nose spray that is left with the bitterness in your throat. I have my nose blocked after eating spicy food. I guess it is my irritated agent. So I use this spray immediately after and it feels relief. It may have a sting feeling at first but you will get over it.

this can burn a little bit if your tissues are really inflamed or raw, but i am seriously impressed with how effective it is. it really does help break and really has some sort of magic with it clearing things. especially for dryness. if you have any sinus or nasal issues just get this already, it seems to help with everything

This is great, although I think the quality has gone down a bit. I had enlarged nasal polyps and post nasal drip, making it feel like my nose was always congested. It would sting initially spraying it, but it definitely felt like it was shrinking my nasal polyps. It worked much better than the prescription spray I was given.

After spraying it feels a bit strange in my head, but this feeling goes away after 1-2 min. The real honey taste goes down in the throat. I use 2 times a day after gargling. The package is small. After 2 weeks, I have already used HALF. But this is strong. MGO is 600, so its effective.

There is a brief stinging sensation when you first use the spray, but it’s very effective for sinus relief. I really loved this product, and Manuka honey is known to be very beneficial for inflammation.

It doesn’t really sting the nostrils like others have mentioned so I’m happy with the product. Great to take when flying to keep the moisture in.
