My vitamine D3 level was 25-OH(under normal) … after using it 2 months I have 137-OH (normal), also feeling the difference. Thanks i bought again for my family
I’ve been taking 50,000 IU daily for over two years. I had to take 10 capsules of 5,000 IU everyday. A little inconvenient, now I can get all that in one capsule, so this is awesome. By the way, I’ve never gotten sick ever since I started with that high dose. You do need to to take at least 1 g of Magnesium glycinate and at least 360 mcg of Vitamin K2, if you want to experiment with this.
I take a lower dose D3 K2 combo on the daily but living in the Pacific Northwest sometimes I need a little extra so I’ll take one of these 50,000 IU softgels in it gives me the boost I need.
If you can't get out in the sun, or you are protecting your skin from sun damage and need to limit you sun exposure, I would recommend a high quality vitamin D such as these. As for dosage, that's individual, but I take one to two Vitamin D supplements each day.
