I’ve been taking a dosage of one tablet every week and honestly sometime I skip? I can’t tell if it’s working or no but I’ve noticed I don’t get sick as much as I used to, I don’t get the small flu from time to time and I guess the quality is great then, it doesn’t taste or smell bad and I haven’t notice any side effects, the packaging is perfect but I suggest you keep it somewhere away from humidity mine are stuck to each other I guess from the flight
