If you want magnesium to improve your sleep quality do not buy this one. This one is used for people with digestive issues, like constipation and nerve and muscles issues as well . If you already have diarrhea do not take this you will not benefit from it. The taste is good I would recommend it.
So I really hate eating tablets and I love eating Gummies unfortunately for this one it has some sugar particles on the top and I hate that have sugar on the top however, taste nice. Tell me a lot with my magnesium situation and I could sleep now much better no more pain in my muscles
